38th Simulation Conference Theme：
The theme of the 38th China Simulation Conference is "Digital-Intelligent Simulation - Ecological Intelligent Manufacturing", which will be held both online and onsite. Scheduled to take place in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province from October 16 to 18, 2026, the conference is now calling for papers.
Conference format:
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (online + onsite) in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province from October 16th to 18th, 2026.
Call for Papers:
The call for papers for the 38th China Simulation Conference is now officially open. We cordially and earnestly invite all members, council members, standing council members, and relevant institutions and individuals to actively participate and submit their scholarly contributions.
1. Topics for Submission
(1) Basic theories and methods of simulation science and engineering;
(2) Modeling and simulation of complex systems/systems-of-systems, control theory and applications;
(3) Modeling and simulation of integrated natural environments and virtual reality environments;
(4) Multi-agent simulation and large model agent simulation (LLM-Agent);
(5) Physics-informed machine learning, world models, and generative simulation;
(6) Digital twin, embedded simulation, parallel simulation, and metaverse;
(7) Parallel and distributed simulation, high-performance simulation, cloud simulation, and edge simulation;
(8) Simulation model verification and validation (V&V) technologies;
(9) Simulation standards, simulation tools, simulation support environments, simulation systems, and simulators;
(10) CAE, virtual prototyping, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE);
(11) Discrete event system simulation, logistics simulation, production line simulation, and supply chain simulation;
(12) Control theory and applications, intelligent simulation optimization and scheduling, industrial internet and simulation, green manufacturing and simulation, intelligent manufacturing and simulation;
(13) Applications of simulation and intelligence in fields such as industry, agriculture, military, medical care, economy, education and training, entertainment, and sports;
(14) Other new theories, methods, and technologies related to simulation.
Schedule and Submission
Both Chinese and English submissions will be accepted.
Excellent English papers will be recommended for publication in “Tsinghua Science and Technology”(SCI-indexed journal), “Swarm and Evolutionary Computation”(SCI-indexed journal), “International J of Automation and Control”(SCI/EI-indexed journal), “Expert Systems With Applications” (SCI/EI-indexed journal), “International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing” (EI-indexed journal, ESCI), “Complex System Modeling and Simulation”(EI-indexed journal), and the conference papers in English presented will be published by Springer (EI-indexed).
Excellent Chinese papers will be recommended for publication in the Chinese core journal “Journal of Tsinghua University (Science and Technology)” (EI-indexed journal), “Journal of System Simulation” (EI-indexed journal), and “System Simulation Technology”,“Journal of Rocket Force University of Engineering” in the regular issue. Other accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings on CNKI (without an ISSN).
System opening date for submissions: March 2nd, 2026
Deadline for submissions: April 23rd, 2026
Notification of acceptance: Before May 31st, 2026 (The conference secretariat will conduct online reviews periodically based on the number of submissions and issue acceptance notifications to ensure authors have sufficient time to revise accepted manuscripts).

Please register and submit your papers through the "Academic Conference Service System" (http://www.cnsim.org.cn/cass-sim/cn). Email submissions are not accepted. When submitting, a scanned copy of the confidentiality review certificate must be uploaded. Please format your papers strictly according to the conference paper template.
